Shipping Rates:

As a valued customer, you are our top priority and we choose not to make a profit on the shipping of your order. We thank you for always choosing to shop small and for your understanding of shipping and handling costs.

Currently, we only offer shipping through UPS, and do our best to choose the shipping options that has been most reliable for our customers, like you. UPS does not offer shipping to PO boxes and we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.

 

Oversized & Overweight Items

Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight. This will be noted in the details section of any product that falls in this category. In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once the invoice is paid, your shipment will go out. 

Returns:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL beginning January 23, 2023. 

    Damaged in Shipment Items

    We do our best to pack your items securely but sometimes accidents happen during transit.

    For items that have been damaged in transit to you please email hello@mockingbirdhospitality.com and include at least 3 pictures of the damage, and 3 pictures of the shipping box as well. Emails for damages MUST be received within 7 days of delivery date. This is to help us get a replacement to you while it's still in stock whenever possible and contact the delivery service about issues. After the 7 day deadline, No refund will be issued.

    Once we receive your email, we'll be able to verify the item and damage, and assist you as quickly as possible.
